Chicken with rice in soy sauce

Step-by-step preparation:

Marination: Cut the chicken into small pieces (cubes or strips "for one bite"). Prepare the marinade: mix crushed garlic, 4 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. sunflower oil, coriander and basil. Pour the marinade over the meat and leave for 20 minutes. This will make the chicken juicy inside.

Rice: Boil the rice in salted water. The secret: to make the rice crumbly, rinse it with cold water after cooking and immediately add the butter, mix.

Frying (Wok-style): Heat a frying pan over high heat. Put the chicken (along with the remains of the marinade). Fry, stirring constantly, until golden brown (about 5–7 minutes). Thanks to the soy sauce, the chicken will get a beautiful caramel color.

Final stage: Add boiled rice to the chicken. Pour in another 1–2 tbsp. soy sauce for color and flavor. Simmer everything together over medium heat for 5 minutes so that the rice is soaked with meat juices and spice flavors.
