Step-by-step preparation:

Preparation: Hard-boil the eggs (9 minutes), cool and separate the whites from the yolks.

Important: Place the butter and processed cheeses in the freezer for 20–30 minutes. This will allow you to grate them into fine shavings, and not turn them into porridge.

Forming the layers (use a grater with small holes):

1st layer: Grated egg whites + a thin mesh of mayonnaise.

2nd layer: Grated crab sticks + a mesh of mayonnaise.

3rd layer: Grated cold butter (do not add mayonnaise on top, the butter itself gives tenderness).

4th layer: Grated processed cheeses + a mesh of mayonnaise.

5th layer: Grated yolks (final loose layer).

Decoration: Place hearts cut from boiled carrots on top of the yolks or garnish with a sprig of dill.

Tip: Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes to allow the butter to slightly stabilize and the layers to come together.
