Purchasing Manager (Industrial and Production Materials)

The National Food Company invites a Procurement Manager for Industrial and Production Materials to join the team.

We are looking for a specialist who has experience in procurement for manufacturing enterprises, knows how to work with suppliers, analyze the market and find optimal solutions based on the criteria of price — quality — delivery times.

Main responsibilities:
- organizing procurement of industrial and production materials to ensure uninterrupted operation of enterprises;
- searching, evaluating and selecting suppliers;
- conducting negotiations on cost, payment and delivery terms;
- analyzing commercial offers and preparing comparative tables;
- monitoring order fulfillment and compliance with delivery times;
- working with contracts and supporting procurement processes;
- interacting with production, technical and operational departments;
- searching for alternative suppliers and optimizing costs.

Desired experience and skills:
- experience in procurement from 2 years;
- experience in purchasing goods and services for manufacturing enterprises;
- understanding of technical nomenclature (equipment, spare parts, materials, components - will be an advantage);
- experience in negotiating with suppliers;
- ability to analyze prices and the market;
- confident command of Excel;
- experience in working with ERP systems (1C/BAS or similar) will be an advantage;
- responsibility, systematicity and attention to detail.
