Satsebeli sauce
Oriental tomato sauce!A dish of Georgian cuisine, prepared on a tomato basis. The sauce tastes slightly sweet, aromatic, with spices and dried herbs. The composition includes such spices as: hops-suneli, red paprika, garlic, onion, red chili pepper, allspice, fenugreek, cloves, parsley, basil.
This sauce is served with fried or boiled poultry (chicken, turkey). For example, it would be quite appropriate to serve tabaka chicken with "Satsebeli" sauce. The sauce can be served both cold and warm (but not hot).
